The method is a problem!

Unfortunately, Poor students don't know about that so they get the poor result.
In Myanmar, a lot of teachers use the same methods for teaching English or learning English. They think that they must use an English text book for learning English or for speaking English well. Every English class I know, they use the English text book. In the English text book, the English they use is not natural and real. They are fake. They pretend to have a conversation. Even worse, the audios in the English text book are not natural. And also a lot of students are bored, tired, stressed, unhappy, afraid and nervous.

If you learn English naturally, you are not like that. In fact, if the method is correct and natural, you will be much happier when learning English and you can speak English fluently in a shorter time but most people fail to speak English fluently, easily and naturally after so many months of studying English in the most English classes. After so many months, you get the poor results. They should get the great result for speaking English like they want. Even worse they still take another English class. Every English student I know, they can succeed in spoken English in a short time but they can’t. Instead, they think that we must force ourselves to study English. Most people want to speak English fluently without thinking about anything or translation but when they learn English, they don’t train their ears, instead they train their eyes. They read something form the English text books by using their eyes and practice English with some students face to face. That’s the old way of learning a language. To speak English fluently and easily, you don’t have to do that. You must train your ears and also you need the silent period for a while. That means no speaking for a shorter time while learning English.

So let me ask you something. Why do most Burmese people fail to speak English fluently after so many months or years? Think about it. Because of the method that is taught in English classes. The method is focused on grammar analysis and the memorization of translated vocabulary. In real conversation, there is no time to think about everything you learn in your English class. In fact, it is impossible to translate and think. If you learn English with this method, you have to learn endless grammar rules. You can never speak English fluently in a shorter time. While reading this, ask yourself a question.

1. Can you speak English fluently and easily now by using the old traditional method
    after so many  months?

2. Can you use correct grammar while speaking English?

3. Can you speak English with a very simple, easy sentence very easily and fluently?

4. Can you ask a question in English very fast without thinking?

If your answer is NO, first you accept this situation as normal and you don’t improve your English like you want. You spend a lot of money on something that doesn’t help you. Sadly, it’s a bad investment. You know that you fail to speak English fluently but you continue to use this method anyway. Not only students but also English schools continue to use this.

Some students are bored to learn the grammar translation method so some English schools add “communication activities or practicing English with your friends face to face” to their curriculum or method. The teachers put the students into groups. Then the students read or repeat dialogues or sentences from a boring textbook. Sometimes they might ask a few questions from a textbook.

Of course, these activities are not natural. In real English, nobody learns or speaks that way. By doing that, you know a lot of vocabulary, grammar rules and tenses. You can read and write too. But you will never speak English fluently and easily or you won’t understand real, fast English speaking.
The English teaching methods don’t work very well. Everybody can understand why. Because there are many things to study and memorize from a boring English textbook. And also many English teachers know it but they don’t admit it. They think that’s how we learn a language. It’s wrong and it’s not true. There is a much better way to learn English very naturally and easily . But you have to do something different than normally. I know this 100% and I can feel how you want. Because I was an English student too. I used this method and I learned English with this method. I could never speak English very easily with correct grammar. Finally, I found this method which is so natural, fun and interesting. I promise you will be fluent in English in a shorter time.
